As a Call Center Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently using established scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and transactions into the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or technical team for resolution.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or previous call center experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and typing (30+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in difficult situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if working remotely.
