Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 85% CSAT, 90% first-call resolution rate
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with team leads to process improvements
- Adhere to PCI compliance for payment processing
- Participate in monthly skill-building workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass background/drug screening
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Memphis residency preferred (local candidates only)
