Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in monthly quality assurance reviews
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed and 10-key proficiency
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
