Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Document accurate customer interactions and issue resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational processes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
