Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases and maintain case histories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards for customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessment
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
