Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting in a calm and professional manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details into our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leads while attempting to resolve them independently when possible.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a positive, friendly telephone demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
