Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, typing (35+ WPM), and navigating CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or irate customers.
- Reliable internet connection and technology if working remotely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
