Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Support after-hours order processing and account management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Excellent typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Available to work flexible evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
