Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to find the best solutions for clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or customer service certificate is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software (experience with Zendesk/HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
