Responsibilities

- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
