- Meet daily performance metrics for call volume and quality

- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to type 30+ WPM
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- No prior experience required - training provided!
