Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance customer value.
- Stay current on product knowledge, policy updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a polite, patient demeanor.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
