Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while adhering to strict company protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be comfortable using headsets and computer-based software systems.
