- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately input customer data and transaction details into our CRM database.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and patience when handling difficult calls.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and call handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ wpm).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connection for remote training (if applicable).
