Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Resolve inquiries regarding services, billing, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (call volume, quality scores)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions
- Uphold company policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
