Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and resolving billing inquiries.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot complex issues and improve service quality.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to ensure consistent brand representation.
Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in High School, GED program, or recent graduate.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web browsers.
