Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics: call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
- Adhere to compliance protocols and maintain confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
