Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transaction history in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone demeanor.
- Proficient with computer applications and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
