- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and overall team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM for data entry tasks.
