Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone voice.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM) and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
