As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist them with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience—all from the comfort of your home or office. We are looking for dedicated individuals to work our Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday).

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide superior service.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer records, track issue resolution, and manage case logs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the support team and backend departments to improve service processes and resolve complex issues.
- Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or technical support (Entry-level candidates with great attitude accepted).
- Excellent written communication skills and a fast typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during core business hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software.
