- Deliver real-time chat support via web and mobile platforms with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product troubleshooting within SLA targets
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex issue escalation
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through consultative communication
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Experience in customer service or tech support (paid training available for qualified candidates)
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication with neutral accent
