Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Manage high-volume live chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Documentation: Accurately log interactions and resolutions into our CRM software.
- Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed KPIs regarding response time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Communication: Exceptional grammar, spelling, and typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Technical: Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Location: Must reside in Austin, TX (for on-site) or California (for remote) during the hiring period.
