Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat channels with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and punctuation.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
