Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
