Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 60-second response time SLA
- Resolve technical issues using knowledge base and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product bugs
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM platform
- Contribute to continuous improvement of chatbot responses
- Monitor customer sentiment and identify upsell opportunities

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in customer support or chat-based roles
