- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate to higher tiers when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other support agents and management to improve service protocols.
- Feedback Loop: Share customer insights with the product team to help drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Tools: Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
- Reliability: Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
