- Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction ends positively by actively listening and de-escalating tense situations.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer feedback, issues, and resolutions within our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our latest features and policies to provide relevant advice.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers during the night shift to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Environment: A dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
- Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and chat software; ability to type 40+ WPM.
