Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve technical inquiries and billing concerns efficiently using proprietary systems
- Document interactions in CRM tools while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with Tier 2 specialists for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time (avg. <90s) and first-contact resolution
- Participate in bi-weekly training to master product updates and service protocols
- Maintain 99% weekend shift attendance reliability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations with empathy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and web-based platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (10+ Mbps) for remote work
- Available Saturdays/Sundays (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
