Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during assigned night shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all interactions, account details, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Adhere strictly to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficient in using computers, typing, and navigating various software applications.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy.
