Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via real-time chat with speed and professionalism
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to brand voice and compliance guidelines in all interactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell products/services
- Meet/exceed chat response time and satisfaction targets
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (90+ WPM typing)
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Intercom or similar chat platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
