You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our clients have a seamless experience. We value clear communication and problem-solving skills above all else.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and product information.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent written English skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
