Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update the CRM database in real-time.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and meet daily KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
