Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized and empathetic support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex account issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately within our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or account management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
