Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues by troubleshooting products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM database.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing product knowledge and policy guidance to clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or client relations.
