Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex client issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify trends in client feedback to suggest process improvements.
- Provide product training and onboarding support to new clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.
