Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Customer Support: Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
- Process Management: Assist with order processing, returns, and account updates to streamline operations.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or client support is a strong plus.
