Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and client NPS scores
- Contribute to knowledge base development and team training initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
- Proven ability to de-escalate difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for occasional client visits)
