Your Role & Responsibilities
As the face of our company, you will:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues on the first contact.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Handle escalations professionally, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.

- Have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
