- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex account issues using CRM systems while maintaining client satisfaction
- Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed client documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs with service offerings
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency
- Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory standards in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of client service experience in financial services or similar industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for occasional off-site client meetings)
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
