Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex client issues and escalate matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvement.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding common client pain points and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
