Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts through our proprietary CRM platform, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding account services, transactions, and product offerings with first-call resolution excellence
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver seamless service experiences and identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on client needs and financial goals
- Conduct quarterly account reviews to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain detailed client interaction records and activity logs in compliance with FINRA regulations
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge and service delivery techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client service, customer support, or financial services role
- Proven track record of exceeding client satisfaction metrics (CSAT scores >90%)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated empathy
- FINRA Series 7 or 63 certification preferred (willing to sponsor)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and client needs
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
