- Resolve complex account inquiries and transaction disputes with speed and accuracy
- Process client transactions while maintaining strict compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Document all client interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of client service or financial services experience
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse client needs
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FINRA Series 63/65) preferred
- Valid Kansas driver's license for occasional off-site client meetings
