Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM systems.
- Resolve complex client issues and escalate them to management when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to proactively identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends or holidays as required.
