Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve complex client issues and complaints by investigating root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Identify and document product or service feedback to assist the development team in improving our offerings.
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell relevant products or services to enhance the client relationship and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Empathy, patience, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
