Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex client issues with patience and empathy, escalating tickets when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and product teams to improve service protocols and product offerings.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions to existing clients.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate guidance and training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
