Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from clients with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that benefit the client.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and provide actionable insights to the product and service teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
