Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with industry-leading response times
- Resolve complex account issues using CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client feedback and process improvements
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with top-tier clients to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and account updates in Salesforce
- Contribute to monthly service optimization initiatives through data analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of client service experience in B2B or financial services
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to multitask across 15+ client accounts simultaneously
- Proven track record of exceeding client retention targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience working in regulated industries (FINRA/SERF compliance preferred)
