- Manage and resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process account transactions with 100% accuracy using proprietary systems
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance client financial wellness
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex client issues
- Maintain detailed client documentation and compliance records
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for service efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in financial services
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
