Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering a 5-star experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and document client feedback to help improve our products and service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the internal support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client records, and maintain a high level of organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
